Values

1.    Passion
FACPSST is united by a passion to contribute to the well-being of Haiti's vulnerable children and their families. It is this passion that motivates all the founding members and mobilizes them to combine all their efforts to find funds to help these children, young people and their families find a better life. This passion for Haiti's vulnerable children and families led FACPSST to join the Little Sisters of Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus in their mission of social promotion for the Haitian peasantry. It is this passion that guides the efforts of all FACPSST members in their mission to improve the living conditions of Haiti's peasantry.

2.    Transparency
Transparency is a fundamental principle of FACPSST, according to which all information relating to the activities undertaken by the organization must be accessible to all. Transparency is a commitment that FACPSST makes to itself, to its partners, to its donors and to society as a whole. By adopting transparent practices, FACPSST creates an environment where everyone feels involved and able to express their ideas and concerns, which strengthens not only collaboration, but also the loyalty and commitment of collaborators and partners.

3.    Mutual respect
Mutual respect is a priority within the organization and in our relations with our partners. It is one of the foundations of social peace and international relations. Respect implies an understanding and sharing of a person's values and ideas. FACPSST wants to be the model of an organization where benevolence and empathy are the foundations. We are committed to respecting the ideas of our partners within the guidelines of our organization. Fairness, inclusion and diversity are at the heart of mutual respect.

4.    Responsibility
FACPSST considers responsibility to be the commitment of each and every one of its members to zealously carry out the tasks entrusted to them within the organization and to respect the principles which, depending on the circumstances, are imposed on its members so as not to cause harm to others or to nature. FACPSST assumes the responsibility of helping its members and partners develop the critical thinking skills they need to be accountable for their actions, take responsibility for them and bear the consequences. FACPSST's mission is to ensure the development of a culture of responsibility within the organization, which will be at the heart of FACPSST's actions and interactions with the people with whom we interact.
