FACPSST is comprised of a dedicated group of Haitians, the majority of whom hail from Carrefour. With a deep passion for the future of Haiti, FACPSST unites professionals from diverse backgrounds. The organization draws on the expertise, kindness, and solidarity of its members to fulfill its mission to be a beacon of hope for the Haitian people. Founding Member - President
Sr Marie Mamoune Maurice, psst
Sr. Marie Mamoune Maurice, PSST, is an Educator and Training Administrator dedicated to Haiti's progress. She works with FACPSST, fulfilling Father Louis Charles' vision to save Haiti and protect the earth.

Founding Member - Vice President
Edwidge Dorelien
Electrical Engineer and educator, with a degree from NYIT. He dedicated over a decade to Haiti’s industrial sector before transitioning to education in the U.S. He is now retired. He remains actively involved in Haiti’s future through the Friends of the Agricultural Center (FACPSST).

Founding Member - Engineer
Fritzner Nau
Fritzner Nau, originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York (CCNY) and holds Professional Engineering licenses in both New York and New Jersey. Over his career, he built a solid reputation in Engineering Management, Computer Operations, and Software Applications. Mr. Nau has always been committed to community and professional involvement, taking on leadership roles in the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Haitian American Engineering Association (ADIHA).

Founding Member - Applied Behavior Analyst
Dr. Wladimir Dorelien
Dr. Wladimir Dorelien, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in New York, holds a Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and brings over 10 years of experience. He specializes in creating effective behavioral treatments for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and selective mutism (SM). Dr. Dorelien is a respected speaker at both national and international levels, offering workshops and continuing education in ABA. Dr. Dorelien also holds a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and has conducted numerous training sessions for direct care staff in schools and autism centers. His work is driven by a deep commitment to applying behavior science to improve lives and foster positive change in the community.

Founding Member - Agronomist
Sr Alvanie Pierre-Louis, psst
Sr. Alvanie Pierre-Louis is an agronomist from Petite Rivière de l'Artibonite, Haiti, and a member of the Congrégation des Petites Soeurs de Sainte Thérèse de l'Enfant Jésus. She is part of the management team at the PSST Agropastoral Center in Fort-Liberté, dedicated to creating a productive space that supports others in meeting their needs.

Founding Member - Engineer
Fritz Nau
Fritz Nau, with a distinguished 30-year career, specialized in Technology Acquisition for Fortune 100 companies, where he excelled in negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BEEE) and an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen. Now retired, Fritz channels his energy into non-profit work focused on Haiti’s development, reflecting his deep commitment to giving back. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking and golf, balancing his active lifestyle with his passion for making a meaningful impact in his community and beyond.

Jocelyn M Damis
Jocelyn M. Damis is a Civil Engineer from Haiti with a degree from CCNY. A registered Professional Engineer, he retired as Deputy Director from NYC's Department of Design and Construction. He continues to support Haiti’s development through his involvement with FACPSST.

Founding Member - Treasurer
Myrto Dorélien-Pierre
Myrto Dorélien-Pierre is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in human services and social counseling. With a diverse academic background in International Relations, Political Science, Anthropo-Sociology, Urban Studies, and Organizational Leadership. A founding member and Treasurer of FACPSST, Myrto has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable populations, including refugees, individuals with developmental disabilities, and survivors of domestic violence. Her expertise spans data management, care coordination, and leadership, and she has worked extensively in education, healthcare case management, foster care, and faith-based services. Myrto is passionate about promoting equity, advocacy, and organizational improvement, particularly in underserved communities in Haiti.

Founding Member - Accountant
Jean-Robert Adrien
Jean-Robert Adrien, a native of Haiti, holds a BBA in accounting from Pace University, NY, obtained in 1985. With extensive experience as an accountant, particularly within the nonprofit sector, he is adept at navigating relationships with City, State, and Federal Governments for grant awards to community-based organizations. Over the years, Mr. Adrien has worked closely with CEOs, CFOs, Managers, Supervisors, and Site Directors, handling key aspects of accounting such as grants, budgets, and contract execution. His expertise has prepared him to be a valuable member of FACPSST, where he continues to contribute to his community.

Albert M G Dorelien
Albert M. G. Dorelien has over 40 years of expertise in engineering, computer science, and leadership. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from ISTH, Haiti, a specialization in School Construction Management from the University of Laval, Canada, an MBA from IHECE, Haiti, and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport, USA. His diverse education underpins his extensive career in both technical and leadership roles.

Founding Member - Agronomist
Sr Kaline Honoré, psst
A native of Cerca La Source, Sr. Kaline Honoré graduated in agronomic sciences from the Université Notre Dame d'Haiti in Les Cayes and is an Ingénieure-Agronome, specializing in plant production. She received several training courses in agro-ecology with the Japanese Embassy and in the Dominican Republic, and traveled to Benin (Africa) for training in entrepreneurship. She was also trained in education and has worked as a teacher in the schools of the said Congregation in Chénot, a locality in the Chaine des Cahos in Petite Rivière de l'Artibonite.
Currently, Sr. Kaline Honoré is in charge of the 19-hectare Fort-Liberté Farm belonging to the Congrégation des Petites Soeurs de Sainte-Thérèse.

Founding Member - Lawyer/Accountant
Max A. Auguste
Max A. Auguste is a lawyer-accountant with degrees in International studies. He is an expert in municipal finance, certified by the École Normale Supérieure, and specializes in computer science. He is the founder and director of the Pierre Toussaint and Mère Lange Services Center, as well as the founder of Verdoyante Haïti. Now retired, he remains actively involved in supporting disadvantaged communities in Haiti.

Founding Member - Civil Engineer
Jean Evans Doleyres
Jean Evans Doleyres is a distinguished civil engineer. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1977 and earned a Master of Civil Engineering from City College of New York. With over 40 years of experience, he founded his engineering consulting firm in 2010 and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Maryland.

Founding Member - Water Resources Engineer
John P. Hervé Raymond
John Hervé Raymond is a Civil and Agricultural Engineer with degrees from Haiti, Spain, and Colorado State University. He has consulted for FAO and IDB, and retired as a section leader from the South Florida Water Management District, continuing to support Haiti's water resource management.

Founding Member - Agronomist
Richardson Eugène
Richardson Eugène is an Agronomist with degrees from Cuba and Spain. He serves as an agronomic advisor in Quebec and is president of AQANU, dedicated to supporting initiatives in Haiti through his work with FACPSST.

Paul A Amazan
Paul Arthur Amazan is a Civil Engineer with degrees from ISTH and NJIT. He has managed significant infrastructure projects in Haiti and consults for NYC’s Department of Design and Construction, contributing to FACPSST’s mission.
